EBC and Gokyo with Cho La and Renjo La pass - 18 Days

Trip Code: NT-N219

Duration: 21 days

Standard: Grade C+

Max. Altitude: 5545 m.

Start: Kathmandu

End: Kathmandu

Group size: Min. 2- Max. 25

Best Season: March to May and October to December

Mode of trekking: Simple tea house lodges / Camping on request

This strenuous trekking journey crosses two high passes: the Renjo La (5345 m) and the Cho La (5420 m) without technical climbing which gives an all-round tour of the famous Khumbu Valley of Nepal. In fact, this trek offers an ever-lasting experience of natural beauty, spectacular sights of towering Himalayan peaks and in depth cross cultural discovery of the Everest region.

The Renjo-Chola pass-Everest Base Camp trek is designed for passionate trekkers who are looking for more challenging treks that involve some of the high mountain passes in the world. During this trek you will also have the option of hiking to the top of two viewpoint summits: Gokyo Ri (5357 m) and Kalapatthar (5545 m). The summit of Gokyo Ri (5,360m) provides a life time memory from where the 360 degree view of Mt. Cho Oyu, Mt. Everest and Mt. Makalu is truly panoramic. An excursion to the fourth and fifth lakes would be an extra adventure from Gokyo.
