Bandipur Close
Bandipur Bandipur is located on 1030 m. ridge in Tanahu district some 143 km. from Kathmandu to the west, 73 km to the south of Pokhara, 70 km to the north of Chitwan and 8 km from Dumre Bazaar on the Prithvi Highway (Kathmandu-Pokhara Highway). Bandipur has been described as a natural view tower; indeed, one can enjoy a spectacular panorama view of the entire Annapurna Range plus the peaks of Dhaulagiri, Manaslu and Langtang from here. Apart from the stunning views of the Himalaya and the Marsyangdi Valley, a visit to the town is an opportunity to get a close look at Newar cultural life. This Newar town has maintained its age-old flavour, and presents sightseers with a heady mix of history, architecture, incredible views, awesome caves and unspoiled landscapes.           Close
Kathmandu Durbar Square Close

It is also known as Hanuman Dhoka Durbar, used to be the residence of the Nepali royal family and administrators. This ancient palace lies in the heart of the city. It consists of huge Royal palace with different temples, inside as well as outside the temple, dating from the 15th to the 18th century. This palace is named after Hanuman, the monkey god, as a stone statue of Hanuman is placed right next to the main entrance protecting the whole palace. Interesting things to see here are: Taleju Temple built by King Mahendra Malla in 1549 AD, the temple of Kal Bhairav, the God of destruction, Nautalle Durbar, Coronation Nasal Chowk, the Gaddi Baithak, the statue of King Pratap Malla, the Big Drum and the Jagannath Temple. It was listed in the UNESCO World Heritage Monument list in 1979. There are also the numismatic museum and Tribhuvan Museum inside the Hanuman Dhoka Palace building. Photography is prohibited inside the museums.      Close

Swayambhunath Stupa Close
This stupa, having hundreds of voltive shrines and other historical monuments in and around it, was built in 250 B.C. This is the largest stupa in Nepal and it displays typical Buddhist architecture. It is 3 km west of Kathmandu city and is situated on a hillock about 77m above the level of the Kathmandu Valley and hence commands an excellent view of the Valley. This white dome is regarded as a spotless and pure jewel of Nirvana. It has thirteen tiers, representing the elevator to Nirvana, and a pair of painted eyes on all four sides of this stupa, symbolizing the all seeing eyes of the Buddha. This stupa is the oldest of its kind in Nepal and was listed in the UNESCO World Heritage Monument List in 1979.          Close
PashupatinathTemple Close
The Pashupatinath temple is the largest Hindu temple and is considered to be the holiest of all Hindu temples. This is a two tiered golden temple with four silver doorways, hundreds of Shiva linga’s , shrines and holy symbols. It is located on the holy river – Bagmati, 6 km east of Kathmandu. Non-Hindus are not allowed into the temple.

It is believed that this temple was built long before the Christian era begin. Its original beauty still remains with the beautifully sculpted stone sculptures found here. Thousands of Hindus come here each year on Shivaratri.           Close
Tansen Close

Tansen lies 1343 m above sea level, at the southern slope of Mahabharat range and most popular summer resort in western Nepal on account of its position and climate. It lies on the way from Pokhara to Sunauli and is known as the Siddhartha highway. Tansen city itself is very colorful with its old houses and slopes landscapes. It has the most extensive views of the country’s chief attraction, the Himalaya from Dhaulagiri in the west to Gaurishankar in the northeast. There are different types of people-Magar, Brahmin, Chhetri, Newar, have been living in the city. It is popular for its metal crafts and Dhaka cloth, shawls and caps. Place to visit in Tansen-  Shrinagar hill Amarnarayan temple and Tansen Durbar etc.

Lumbini Close

Lumbini is the birth place of Lord Buddha. It is situated 230 Km away from Kathmandu in the Rupandehi District of Southern Terai (lowland), at an altitude of 600 ft. above sea level. Lumbini is respected by all Buddhists. In 1998, Lumbini was declared as the Fountain of world peace and the pilgrimage for all the peace loving people of the world. This nativity site, identified by Indian Emperor Ashoka’s commemorative pillar is listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.

The main attraction at the Lumbini remains the Sacred Garden spread over 8 sq Km and possessing all the treasures of the historic area. The Mayadevi temple is the main attraction for pilgrims and archaeologists alike. Standing west to the Mayadevi shrine is the oldest monument of Nepal, the Ashokan Pillar. The pillar was erected by Emperor Ashoka in 249 BC to commemorate his pilgrimage to the sacred site.

Daman Close
Daman is situated 80 kilometers southwest of Kathmandu at an altitude of about 2,400m. Daman is located on the Tribhuvan Highway in between Kathmandu and the town of Birgunj. For the view of breathtaking grandeur of the world's highest peaks extending in one glittering are from far-west of Dhaulagiri to far-east of Mt. Everest there is no better place than Daman. There is a view tower fitted with long range telescopes. Daman can be reached in four hours drive from Kathmandu.         Close
Bouddhanath Close

This is a huge Buddhist stupa located about 8 Km. east of Kathmandu. It stands on a massive mandala style platform and has features similar to the Swayambhunath, though its final to is bigger. This ancient colossal stupa is one of the biggest in the world, and the centre of Tibetan Buddhism in the world. It is said that this stupa was built during the 5th century A.D. Every year, in winter, thousands of pilgrims from neighboring countries come to visit this place. It was listed in the UNESCO World Heritage Monument list in 1979.     Close

          
Chagunarayan Temple Close

This 5th century temple located over a hillock 15 km. east of Kathmandu and is full of art works on metal and wood. Inscriptions dating back to 464 A.D., found here, are the first epigraphic evidences of Nepali history. It is said to have been built by King Hari Dutta and the oldest temple in the Valley. It was listed in the UNESCO World Heritage Monument List in 1979.

Patan Durbar Square Close

Patan is located 7 Km. away from Kathmandu. This city has many 15th to 17th century, Hindu and Buddhist, monuments built during the Malla dynasty. The diversity of the medieval culture that allowed both Hinduism and Buddhism to flourish has left a rich legacy of impressive sightseeing in this city for today’s visitors. The most important area with many monuments is the Patan Durbar Square which is situated in the heart of the city. The square is full of ancient palaces, temples and shrines, noted for their exquisite carvings. The Patan Durbar Square consists of three main chowks or courtyards, the Central Mul Chowk, Sundari Chowk and Keshar Narayan Chowk. The Sundari Chowk holds in its center a masterpiece of stone architecture, the Royal Bath called Tushahity. It was listed in the UNESCO World Heritage Monument list in 1979.

Bhaktapur Close
Bhaktapur Durbar Square

 About 12 Km. east of Kathmandu at an altitude of 1,401 m. above sea level is a town called Bhaktapur, meaning the city of devotees. It covers an area of 6.88 sq. Km and was founded by the 12th century King Anand Dev (889 A.D.) in the shape of a conch shell, which is a sacred symbol. Bhaktapur was once ruled by the Malla’s who built magnificent temples, statues etc. It is locally known as "Khwopa and Bhadgaon" which is world renowned for its elegant art, fabulous culture, colorful festivals, traditional dances and indigenous lifestyle of different people of different religion. For its majestic monuments, temples and the native typical Newar lifestyle best known for their long history of craftsmanship, the ancient city is also variously known as the " City of Culture ", "Living Heritage " , "Nepal's Cultural Gem " and "An open museum". Given such unequaled opulence in ancient art and culture, Bhaktapur is more like an open museum, and the ambiance here is such that it instantly transports visitors back by centuries. Close

Day 1: ARRIVAL KATHMANDU
Welcome to Kathmandu! Upon arrival in Tribhuvan International airport, Kathmandu You will be met by our representatives who will provide transportation to your hotel. No activities are planned for the day. You are free to explore picturesque down town Kathmandu. On your request, we will be happy to, accompany you for more activities.

Day 2: FULL DAY SIGHTSEEING TOUR
After breakfast, we start for a full day sightseeing tour. The places of today’s visit will be Pashupatinath temple, Boudhanath stupa, Kathmandu Durbar Square and Monkey Temple (Swayambhunath stupa )

Day 3 : DRIVE KATHMANDU – CHITWAN
In the morning you will be driven to Chitwan National Park a wildlife reserve by tourist coach, where you will spend the night. Pick up at Chitrasari and transfer to Resort. Briefing on Jungle program by guide and after lunch Tharu village walk, visit Museum and sun set tour. Evening enjoy Tharu stick dance and Dinner at Resort.

Day 7 : VISIT SARANGKOT FOR SUNRISE AND HALF DAY SIGHTSEEING
Early in the morning drive to Sarangkot for sunrise and Mountain View and hike or drive back to hotel.
After breakfast proceed for half day sightseeing tour of Pokhara city including Devi’s fall, Gupteshwore Mahadev cave, Seti River, Bindhyabasani temple and Barahi temple with one hour boating on Phewa lake.
